LEJEUNE jewellery is carefully crafted by hand and made from recycled 925 Sterling Silver and 24k Gold Vermeil.

All 24k Gold Vermeil LEJEUNE pieces are plated to 4.5-5 microns, making it more hard wearing than standard plating.

Sterling Silver can tarnish and although Gold Vermeil is more durable than standard plating, it's natural that the metal is still susceptible to wear and fading over time.

We recommend you remove jewellery prior to showing, exercising and avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as oils, perfumes and lotions as this will accelerate the metal oxidising. Wear Sterling Silver pieces often to maintain their shine.

For best results we recommend cleaning jewellery in an ultrasonic cleaner, as it's less invasive than manual cleaning. Alternatively, clean pieces gently with soapy water and a soft cloth. Ensure jewellery is completely dry before storing.

Do not rub vigorously or use harsh and abrasive cleaning techniques as this can damage your jewellery.

When not in use, we recommend you store your pieces away from direct sunlight in a jewellery box, pouch, anti-tarnish bag or ziplock bag to minimise reaction with the air.

Sterling Silver posts are naturally soft due to the high silver content, so we recommend gently bending them back into shape if accidentally bent.

Due to natural wear and tear over time, your jewellery may need to be professionally re-plated. We offer access to our in-house electroplating service for any of our pieces. Please contact for further details.
