LEJEUNE jewellery is made from recycled 925 Sterling Silver and 24k Gold Vermeil.
JEWELLERY CARE Occasionally skin pH can intensify the changes in jewellery. Sterling Silver can tarnish and although Gold Vermeil is more durable than standard plating, it's natural that the metal is still susceptible to wear and fading. We recommend you remove jewellery prior to showing, exercising and do not come into contact with harsh chemicals (such as perfumes, oils, lotions etc) as this will accelerate the metal oxidising. For best results we recommend cleaning Lejeune jewellery in an ultrasonic cleaner, as it's less abrasive than manual cleaning. Alternatively, clean gently with a soft cloth - do not rub vigorously. We recommend you store your pieces in a jewellery box or pouch when not in use to avoid scratches to the metal. Sterling Silver posts are naturally soft due to the high silver content, so we recommend gently bending them back into shape if accidentally bent.
JEWELLERY SERVICING - PLATING + POLISHING Due to natural wear and tear over time, your jewellery may need to be professionally re-plated, polished or repaired. We offer access to our in-house restoration and repair service for any of our pieces. Please contact email@example.com for further details.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees imposed by customs in the recipient's country.
In order to reduce excess waste and commit to a more sustainable method of production, we operate on a made to order basis. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as an item is finalised.

RETURNS If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or credit note of equal value. Due to the made to order basis of our products, we currently do not offer returns for change of mind. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us immediately with the details in order to receive approval prior to returning your item.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and duties. Returns must be sent via tracked services only. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transportation.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging. We will not accept the return of any item that indicates that it has been misused, altered or handled incorrectly. In such cases, the item will be returned at customers expense.
